Summer Holiday Club
Our holiday clubs are running all summer up to, and including, Thursday 27 August.
Holiday Club doors open at 8.30am and collection is by 5.30pm.
Need Extra Cover?
If you need to pick up later than 5.30pm, then your young person can join the regular junior session on a Monday and Thursday (aged up to 12).
Just bring your 50p and pay when you arrive for Holiday Club.
Practicalities
Bookings are by day so you can build your own holiday schedule, no need to block book.
All meals provided as well as a morning and mid-afternoon snack. See below for this week’s menu.
Holiday club costs £35 per day. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer sibling discounts.
Holiday Club is fully supervised by our team of youth workers.

Activities
All of Base71’s fantast creative arts, sports and wellbeing activities are available during Holiday Club, giving your youngster a fun-filled day, tailored to their interests.
Each day starts with a team building activity, bringing the group together.
We run three ‘Pick your Adventure’ sessions, staggered throughout the day. Members choose their activity and focus on it for a 45 minute period.
The rest of the day is free-flow youth zone activity, with Holiday Clubbers able to dip in and out of a variety of activities on offer every day.

If you have a place and are no longer able to attend, please cancel your place, so that someone else can join, even if this is last minute.

Holiday club activities
Additional Needs Summer Holiday Club
Our SEND Holiday Club for our inclusion members is now available to book.
Every Friday from 10.00am to 2.00pm we have lots of fun and engaging activities on offer, including sports, music, dance, art and creative activities, and so much more!
The holiday club runs every Friday up to and including Friday 28 August.
The cost is £25 per person and includes lunch.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I drop off late and/or pick up early?
Absolutely however please note, we are unable to offer a discount for any reduced hours.
Drop off is open until 9.30am and pick up from 4.30pm
What if my child has a food allergy or special dietary requirements
Please make us aware of any food allergies by emailing us or speaking to a member of our staff. We will provide a vegetarian option for main meals.
What happens if my child doesn't like the food choices?
We will make you aware of the menu choices with as much notice as possible. If you child doesn’t like the food options, you are welcome to provide them with a packed lunch.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any discount to the day fee.
Will my child need any additional money for food or drink?
We will provide water during the day for your child, and juice will be provided at meal times. Our tuck shop will be open at various intervals during the holiday camp, where drinks and snacks will be on sale.
We accept cash and card.
My child can no longer make it, can I get a refund?
As per our booking terms and conditions, it is not possible to refund cancelled places.
We may be able to move your booking to another date during Holiday Club. Please speak to reception about your options.
