Base71 Youth Zone is open seven days a week for young people aged 8–19 (and up to 25 for those with additional needs).

Tailored Sessions Just For You

To make sure everyone gets the most out of their visit, we run age-specific sessions. Every session is fully inclusive, ensuring a welcoming environment for everyone.

Our Junior Clubs for ages 8-12 run on Monday and Thursday evenings from 4pm to 7pm and Saturdays from 10am to 1pm.

For 13-19 year olds, our Senior Clubs are Tuesday and Friday evenings from 5pm to 9pm.

On Sundays we open our doors for our inclusion session, this is for young people with additional needs from 8 to 25 years of age. This session runs from 10am to 1pm.

Becoming a member

Membership costs just £5 per year (currently free if you live in Barnsley) and then 50p each time a young person visits Base71.

This gives you access to everything that is on offer that session.
